We believe that:
- Money, and how it is earned, used, and implemented to build wealth and financial systems, is a key component to building wellbeing and a vibrant society.
- We must be intentional an explicit in our work towards racial and gender equity, as social systemic oppressions, including those based on race and gender, are replicated and augmented through the current economic system and related policies.
- Local economies and equitable distribution of income and wealth provide the greatest return and align best in creating wellbeing.
- Money and financing are not well understood and there is a level of mystification around the topic that prevents engagement.

The Program Manager is a vital connector between Ventures, our community partners, and the community we co-create with. Through thoughtful project management, partnership development, and program oversight, this role helps ensure our programs are effective, responsive, and impactful. The role focuses on supporting the following two programs:
We're seeking a Program Manager who is relationship-oriented, adaptable, and driven by continuous improvement. If you enjoy bringing people together around a shared purpose and creating positive change through collaboration, you'll be a strong addition to our team.
The Program Manager is a vital connector between Ventures, our community partners, and the community we co-create with. Through thoughtful project management, partnership development, and program oversight, this role helps ensure our programs are effective, responsive, and impactful. The role focuses on supporting the following two programs:
- Semillitas – Builds a sense of belonging and shared opportunity by ensuring every child in Santa Cruz County starts life with a financial asset and a foundation for future aspirations.
- Familias con Más – Builds family financial power and stability by strengthening financial knowledge, confidence, and connection to resources, while supporting families to participate in shaping their communities.
